Daily inspections as well as Daily Activity Reports are required daily. In order to provide quality services, the process begins with our security officers.  "Certified Defenders of America", realizes motivation plays a role in an officer's work performance, therefore, "Certified Defenders of America" provides all of their security guards with motivational incentives through our specialized training to ensure high performance security guards.
